What is GrubCabRx?
The GrubCabRx service allows you to plan and place your food orders online for all types of events and gatherings of any size. GrubCabRx is a Multi-Restaurant Delivery and Catering Service. We partner with Fort Myers’ BEST and MOST QUALIFIED restaurants to provide business professionals the opportunity to impress their clients or colleagues with their favorite foods.

What type of food does GrubCabRx serve?
GrubCabRx offers a wide variety of food through multiple restaurants. We carefully select “Best of Class” food providers from your area to offer better selection, convenience, and reliability than any single catering or delivery service. Our most popular items include appetizer platters, box lunches and buffets. We will gladly arrange anything from the basic to the most exotic presentations for your events. You no longer have to cater your event with one type of cuisine. Choose from our wide variety of restaurants with cuisine from every corner of the world and have them served all at the same time. Now that is ACCOMODATING to EVERYONE!!!

Does GrubCabRx have a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. Orders you place through GrubCabRx are backed by an on-time delivery guarantee and “real people”  customer service to ensure your satisfaction with every order.

Do I have to register before trying the GrubCabRx service?
No… You can browse our menus and start placing your order without registering. Before you checkout, we will ask you for basic contact information so that we can send you an e-mail confirmation of you order and a give you a courtesy call on the day of your order to let you know your delivery is on schedule. This information is kept confidential and used only for communicating with you about your GrubCabRx service.

Managing Your Orders

How much lead time do I have to give you to prepare my orders?
It depends. If the order is for a small office you can place your order the morning of the lunch. For large catering orders please give us 24 hours or atleast prior night’s notice so we can ensure that we have enough good food on hand for your order (all of our dishes are made from fresh ingredients).

How do I place an order?
It’s simple! Go to www.GrubCabRx.com and choose your desired catering restaurant. Then select your delivery zip code and provide the date, time, place of your meeting or event. If you want to speak to a catering coordinator to help you decide what to order, pick up the phone and dial 239-278-GRUB(4782).

Can I just give you my budget and you take the order from the medical office?
Absolutely. We are happy to help you reduce the amount of time you spend ordering lunches. We want our pharmaceutical reps to be happy and productive!

Is there a minimum Dollar amount for an order?
GrubCabRx’s restaurants have a $50 minimum order for catering orders per restaurant

Should I order by the tray or by the person?
You can structure your order either way. If you don't mind figuring out how much food to purchase depending on the amount of people at any given office just pick out which trays of food you want. If you are a busy pharmaceutical sales rep or coordinator (like we know you are), just pick one of our fine restaurants based on your budget and let us know how many people will be eating. We will take care of the rest.

What if I have multiple delivery locations?
No problem. You can select a different delivery location for each order. We will store all of your delivery locations for even faster ordering on future orders.

Can I get an invoice for my past orders?
Definitely… GrubCabRx will send confirmation to your email for every order placed. Contact us at 239-278-GRUB(4782) and we can prepare weekly or monthly invoices for you.

What if I need to change my order?
GrubCabRx’s “real people” customer service team works hard to ensure your satisfaction with every order. They can be reached by phone at 239-278-GRUB(4782) or via e-mail GrubCab@hotmail.com  for any changes or questions about your order.

What if we have special needs or requests for our orders?
No mayo? No problem! You can add special instructions to every order and even to specific menu items within that order. You can even assign names and individual requests to your  box lunch orders. You simply click on the “customize item” or “edit” button to specify any special requests. Some charges may apply for certain requests.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Even if you have applied payment to your order, call GrubCabRx at 239-278-GRUB(4782) to speak to a customer service representative.
Because our restaurants and caterers have to plan ahead to fill you order, we ask that you cancel orders as follows:

• 24 hours or more for orders that are up to $200
• 48 hours or more for orders that are $201-$499
• 72 hours or more for orders that are $500 or more.

Unfortunately if these guidelines aren't met you will be responsible for payment to the extent that food and transaction costs have been incurred toward the fulfillment of your order.

Pricing and Payment

What is included in the menu price?
The menu price reflects the cost of food and preparation from the restaurant.

Is there a delivery charge or tip?
GrubCabRx offers a FREE DELIVERY on everyone’s first order. After your first order, there is a $3.99 delivery fee for online orders and a $4.99 delivery fee for phone in orders. Tips are not included in the delivery fee or cost of food. A tip of 10%-15% is customary for our hard working mobile waiters. A 10% tip is added automatically for orders over $50 up to a maximum tip value of $50.

Can I set up a House Account with GrubCabRx?
Yes. We have many different payment options. We can keep your payment information securely on file so that when you or your visiting office calls to coordinate your order, we can simply bill it to your card on file after your consent and authorization. Deferred payment with terms of 7 days NET are available with credit approval.

Contests and Awards

GrubCabRx will run contests to help promote our business. Referrals are appreciated and will enter you into a monthly drawing to win vouchers for personal use from GrubCab as well as from its partnering restaurants.
GrubCabRx also has a VIP client program which allows you to accrue points for every dollar that you spend to redeem once monthly. These points earn you credit with GrubCab.com for you to have for personal use. This is an added bonus that answers the question… “What is in it for me?”
